Absolutely exclusive! This is a recording from a private collection that you won't find anywhere else. Ingebrigt Håker Flaten and Fredrik Ljungkvist met to play as a duo for the first time, under unusual and pretty special circumstances. It was for a small Polish family, in a scenic winery Winnica De Sas near Wroclaw in Poland.
That was a planned event and a great surprise for the head of the family, Marcin Witkowski, who celebrated his 50th birthday last year. Thanks to the generosity of the winery owners, the concert was held in a huge storage room equipped in enormous wine metal tanks, barrels and cider containers with an amazing, natural acoustics.
The set list includes composition written by Fredrik, Feets from above, as well as jazz standards, which musicians chose themselves, with Donna Lee and Body and Soul amongst them. The last track is the only request that was made beforehand - Lonely Woman, which joined Marcin's wide collection of covers of this composition as a number 23.
